Katie Farmin

Katie Farmin is a graduate from the University of New Mexico with a B.A. Theater. She is a performer, writer, musician, circus artist, and youth educator. She is heavily active in the theater community in Albuquerque, and works with many local companies. She co-wrote, co-starred, and toured her show, EllieIda, and won awards at Salt Lake City, Boulder, and Chicago Fringe Festivals. She trains in both aerial arts and stilts, as well as performs with the performance art group, So This Is Art. Katie is well versed in many musical instruments and has collaborated with local musicians throughout the years. She is a member of KAREN, a local electro-pop-new-wave-psych-rock band that recently got 2nd place in their category in The Alibi’s Best of Burque Music Showcase. Katie is grateful to work with her fellow Tricklock members, and is humbled to be a part of the rich art scene of Albuquerque.
