The Dely Project is a new extension of The Manoa Project, Tricklock’s education summer program. The Dely Project connects young Albuquerque artists from The Manoa Project and UNM with young artists from outside of the United States through long distance writing and devised creation. Directed by Juli Hendren and Katy Houska, Juli is Uganda and Katy in Albuquerque along side creative designers Dahveed Torres and Aaron Hendren, this new facet of Tricklock’s education program will launch a new work created by young artists of Uganda and New Mexico. Utilizing WhatsApp, video, music, and long distance writing, the artists and Tricklock directors come together for 16 hours to create a piece about us. All of us.

The Dely Project is about amplifying young voices from around the world and finding what connects us.
