MANIFESTO

The artists of TRICKLOCK COMPANY, alongside the artists and dedicated members of the REVOLUTIONS constellation, are committed to:

• Seeking out and producing the planet's most REVOLUTIONARY theatre and performance art;
• Providing the community with a forum for cultural and artistic exchange and dialogue that might not otherwise reach our state;
• Aiding in the dissemination of new forms and ideas on theatrical training and creation to established, as well as developing young artists of our region;
• Expanding the theatrical, artistic, and educational possibilities for people of the southwestern United States by creating a cultural hub for theatrical exchange in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Through the cultivation of this city as a stop on the world-theatre-touring map, we are creating a cultural fusion of performance ideas and processes here in the richly diverse community of New Mexico, at the crossroads of the Southwest, on the famous Route 66, in the land of extreme enchantment.

Tricklock Company believes that training in and exposure to the broad spectrum of world theatre can increase mutual understanding among people of all cultures, can inspire individuals to create what they envision, and can empower entire communities to improve the overall quality of life, deeply, and over the long term, for all people.
