The Free Speech Comedy Art Series

The brain-child of Tricklock Company Co-Artistic Director Joe Peracchio and Filmmaker and Comedian Paul Provenza (The Aristocrats), FSCAS was founded in 2006 as part of the Revolutions International Theatre Festival. Comprised of progressive, thought-provoking comedians that have chosen to use the medium of stand-up to make change in the world around them, FSCAS is designed to give an edifying, entertaining and provocative stage to some of the world’s best comics. This years Free Speech Comedy Art Series features 4 comics on 2 bills in 2 cities...you won't want to miss the laughs!
(**FSCAS is an over 21 event in Albuquerque. Younger festival patrons are encouraged to catch FSCAS in Santa Fe where there is no age restriction)

**UPDATE 01/07/08: Rick Overton will no longer be appearing in the Free Speech Comedy Art Series. In his place, Revolutions welcomes the outrageous talents of television and film star John Fugelsang, internationally renowned comic and TV personality, as seen on Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, CSI, and America's Funniest Home Videos.

About Comedy Jesus

Smart enough for HBO, dumb enough for middle America, Troy Conrad, otherwise known as Comedy Jesus, brings his biting, satirical comedy to the series, addressing theological, political, and socio-spiritual issues. His performance is a one-of-a-kind comedy show where Jesus has returned as a stand-up comic. Conrad has worked with Second City, Improv Olympic and Upright Citizens Brigade.

"A must-see show!" - St. Paul Pioneer Press
