Thomas F. Blueher, Esq.

Thomas F. Blueher (Board Chairman) is an Albuquerque native. He graduated from UNM School of Law in 1981. After clerking for the Honorable Oliver Seth, Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit U. S. Court of Appeals he has been in private practice. Mr. Blueher is a shareholder in Vogel, Campbell & Blueher, PC. He regularly advises clients regarding estate planning and probate issues, and he represents individuals and closely held business owners in their commercial and real estate transactions including sales and exchanges of business assets, stock purchases, leasing of facilities, contract negotiations, business succession planning, and strategic planning. He has formed corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, and advises clients in preparation of buy-sell agreements and other documentation to assist such business clients.

Tom has served on several volunteer boards. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the University of New Mexico Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Albuquerque Bar Association, and a member of the Board of Directors and President of the Tricklock Company. Tom and Francesca, his bride, have two children, Bill and Abi. Abi has participated in the Manoa Project at Tricklock in the summers of 2004 and 2005.
