Katy has been a member of Tricklock Company since 2004 working as a performer, producer, and teaching artist. She has appeared in Tricklock productions of Macbett, Dracula, The Glorious and Bloodthirsty Billy the Kid, Black River Falling, Belladonna, Her Murder Ballad, Decline and Fall, REVOLT. SHE SAID. REVOLT AGAIN., White Rabbit Red Rabbit, Karen, and Memory Laws. Since 2002, she has been part of the Revolutions International Theatre Festival staff and currently serves as Program Director for Tricklock’s teen ensemble theatre institute The Manoa Project. Katy co-founded Australian/UK/US comedy theatre company Idiot Presents. From 2011-2015, she co-produced Folly Games’ cornerstone interactive theatrical adventure The Game at Woodford Folk Festival near Brisbane, Australia. She has performed in the UK, Poland, Germany, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Colombia, Australia, and Canada (One Yellow Rabbit’s High Performance Rodeo, and the Fringe circuit: Toronto, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Montreal and Edmonton). She holds a diploma from international theatre school l’Ecole Philippe Gaulier, and is currently working on her BA in Theatre at UNM where she is studying with Erik Ehn, Alejandro Tomás Rodriguez, and Dominika Laster, PhD.
